3.4 Log Files

Every time you use the internet, some information will be automatically transmitted from your internet browser and will be stored by us in the so-called log files.

We save the logs for malfunctions and for security reasons (eg for investigating attack attempts) for a short time and then delete them. If the further preservation of the logs is necessary for reasons of proof, they will be excluded from the deletion until the final clarification of the respective event and can be handed over to the investigating authorities in individual cases.

The logs are kept (without the full (IP) Internet Protocol address) in accordance with the requirements of paragraph 3.3.4 “Our advertising and that of third parties as well as market research and sampling to the extent permitted by the law on the legal basis of consent. ” which are also used for analysis purposes.

The following information, in particular, is stored in logs:

  • Date and time as well as duration of access.
  • Volume of data transferred.

3.5 Data transmission

3.5.1 Transmission of data to any competent third party

We will only transmit your personal data to any competent third party to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract, we or the third party have a vital legal interest in the transfer or have given your consent.

4.1 Google Maps

5. Social plugins
